- Single-User Access: Account credentials and course access are for single-user personal use only. Account sharing, credential resale, or multi-user access without authorization is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination.
4. Pricing, Orders, and Payments
- Pricing: All prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted and confirmed.
- Payment Processing: All online payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments (Cashfree Payments India Private Limited).
- Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and authorized Wallets.
- Order Confirmation: An order is deemed accepted and confirmed once full payment is successfully processed and a confirmation receipt/email is issued.
5. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Physical Goods (Books & Kits): Items will be dispatched to the shipping address provided during checkout within 2 to 4 business days of order placement.
Delivery Timelines: Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 working days depending on the delivery location across India.
Digital Material: Instant access is granted to digital books, PDFs, online courses, and test series upon successful payment receipt.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
NO CANCELLATION & NO REFUND
IAS Hindi Medium par kiye gaye sabhi purchases final aur non-refundable hain. Koi bhi order cancel nahi hoga aur koi bhi amount refund nahi ki jaayegi — chahe koi bhi karan ho.
- ✗ Online Courses & Digital Content: Payment hone ke baad digital courses, video lectures, test series, aur PDF books ka access turant diya jaata hai — isliye koi refund ya cancellation sambhav nahi hai.
- ✗ "Galti se order hua" / "Plan change ho gaya": In situations mein bhi koi refund ya cancellation nahi hogi. Purchase karne se pehle dhyan se confirm karein.
- ✓ Damaged Physical Product (Only): Agar aapko koi damaged ya galat physical book mili ho, to delivery ke 48 ghante andar proof ke saath info@iashindimedium.in par contact karein. Sirf replacement diya jaayega — refund nahi.
- ⚠ Double Payment: Agar same purchase ke liye do baar payment kata ho to 24 ghante mein bank statement ke saath email karein — sirf is case mein investigate kiya jaayega.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: All content on the Platform—including but not limited to video lectures, test questions, book contents, PDFs, logos, designs, audio clips, and code—is the exclusive intellectual property of IAS Hindi Medium and protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws.
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Copying, reproducing, redistributing, or recording any course content or video lecture.
- Selling, renting, or commercially exploiting any material downloaded or accessed.
- Uploading our proprietary study material onto torrents, Telegram channels, or public cloud drives.
Violations: Unauthorized distribution will result in legal action, civil/criminal prosecution, and permanent blacklisting of your account.
8. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
While using the Platform, you agree NOT to:
- Post, comment, or transmit any defamatory, abusive, offensive, or unlawful content in course forums or live sessions.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the technical integrity of the website or test portals.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to extract data or content from the website.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
- Educational Content: The study materials, test series, and courses are designed for preparation and reference purposes. While we strive for maximum accuracy, we do not guarantee exam selection, specific ranks, or 100% exam match.
- Platform Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to server maintenance, technical glitches, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
- Limitation: In no event shall IAS Hindi Medium be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course/product in question.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
